Chief Executive Officer & President

Jarred Bester, Chief Executive Officer of the “Executive Board” overseeing the Australian Teqball Federation (ATF). A founding member of the National Teqball Federation of Australia, appointed as inaugural President, responsible for stakeholder engagement, partnership management & strategies.

Jarred’s professional background includes; experience in Business & Program Management roles within Construction & Service industries spanning more than a decade. Contributing to high level business & organisational strategies, people management and systems & process development, contributing to industry standards & regulations. His professional accreditation include; Advanced Diploma of Program Management, Digital System Networking Accreditation and People & Operational Management Competencies.

Additional areas of expertise includes; Sport roles primarily within Football (Soccer) focused on Team Management, Skill Acquisition, Player Development and Performance Analysis. Jarred’s sporting resume feature voluntary to National Premier League level roles which over the course of a decade in which his ambitions and passion for sports, team & individual development has grown. His sporting accreditation include; Asian Football Confederation / Football Federation Australia; “C” & “B” Diploma’s in Youth & Senior Coaching as well as sports administration training & competencies.

Jarred Bester has been a driving force behind the ATF’s push for sports recognition in Australia, and a committed & active contributor for the consideration and inclusion of Teqball in the Olympic Games.

Shannon Bester

Chief Operations Officer & Vice-President

Shannon Bester, Chief Operations Officer of the “Executive Board” overseeing the Australian Teqball Federation (ATF). A founding member of the National Teqball Federation of Australia, appointed as inaugural Vice-President, responsible for compliance, system implementation, training & documentation and internal operations.

Shannon has professional experience in stakeholder management, client engagement and technical equipment implementation. His extensive professional career includes structural & mechanical service provision industries contributions and has keen knowledge of customer & team management.

Shannon brings a knowledgable perspective around coordination of process & implementation of strategies to incorporate strong community focused benefits & inclusion. An advocate of an active lifestyle & participation in sport to encourage participates of all backgrounds, ethnicity and gender.
